White Ibis range

The White Ibis is a southeastern wading bird with a long downward curved bill. It uses this long bill to probe into mud and even in long grass for prey. These birds are very strong fliers and graceful gliders. They can be seen as far as southern Mexico, with regular reports of them along the Gulf of California and the southern areas of the California Baja. This ibis is seen throughout the Caribbean islands and it is a native bird of Cuba.
