Red-eyed Vireo range

The Red-eyed Vireo is found throughout North America, from the western side of Newfoundland to as far north as James Bay, bordering Ontario and Quebec. Parts of the western Northwest Territories to the western coast of British Columbia, south into Oregon, through the northern regions of the midwestern states, down into Texas, over into Florida and up into Canada. These vireos spend their winter months in the warmer tropical countries. It has been seen as a migrant in Cuba.
