Louisiana Waterthrush range

The Louisiana Waterthrush is a member of the warbler family. This bird is common in the southeastern regions of North America. In recent years, sightings of this bird indicates it is expanding more and more into the northeastern regions. It is very similar to the Northern Waterthrush, which has a yellowish tone to its flanks. This waterthrush is seen throughout the Caribbean countries and it has been seen as a migrant in Cuba.
